Enrollment & Payment Methods

  1. Online enrollment with credit cards: please login to www.racetofeed.org.hk to fill up and submit the enrollment form and paid by credit card (Visa/Master card).
  2. By Post: Please download the enrollment form, send the completed enrollment form with the crossed cheque(payable to Heifer Hong Kong Ltd) or *original bank-in slip by post to Flat A, 9/F., Tontex Industrial Building, 2-4 Sheung Hei Street, San Po Kong, Kowloon and specific “Heifer Race to Feed 2019” on envelope.
  3. *Direct Transfer: Please deposit to the bank account of Heifer Hong Kong Limited as follows and keep the bank-in slip: Bank of China acc.: 012-873-1-051534-9（HKD）/The Hongkong and Shanghai Bank: 047-830-997-838（HKD）

Important Notes on Enrollment


  1. Applicant should register to their respective age group. (Age is counted base on the year of birth. Example, a male born in Sep 1989, his age is counted as 30. His age group category should be Male 30-39).
  2. In order to confirm the enrollment, all enrollment forms and minimum donation should be submitted on or before 1/11/2019.
  3. All submitted donations are not refundable.
  4. Participants are advised to arrange their own insurance cover.
  5. Participants of the 1KX5 Relay Run should note that the enrollment sequence is the same as the relay sequence, i.e. participant 1 will run the 1st leg, participant 2 will run the 2nd leg and so on.
  6. For 3K family and group categories, participant 1 will be the coordinator of the team.
  7. Donations of HK$100 or more are tax-deductible. Official donation receipts will be issued within 3 months after the event. For Corporate/SME/ Non-Profit & Educational Organisation category, donation receipts will be issued according to Name of Organisation. Please submit the valid name of the organisation/company. For Family/individual category, donation receipts will be issued according to Name of Participant 1 (Please download and send the completed “Extra Donation Form “with a crossed cheque/original bank-in slip by post to event management office for issuing receipt for other sponsors).

 

Remarks :

  2. Participants who completed the registration process agreed to abide by the Rules and Regulations of the race that has been signed up.
  3. Confirmation will be sent to participants by e-mail within 10 working days after an application is received. If you do not receive the confirmation, please send your enquiry to [email protected] or contact at 2117 1650.
  4. Any person who is pregnant or suffering from chronic diseases such as heart disease or high blood pressure should not join the event. The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant known or suspected to be unfit to participate in the event. All application fees and donations of the disqualified person will not be refunded.
  5. Late or on site enrollment will not be accepted.
  6. Incomplete enrollment will not be accepted.
  7. No return, cancellation or transfer for all enrollments, including late and duplicate enrollments.
  8. The Organizer reserves the right of contact, accepts and refuses participants.
  9. Race Pack Pick-up Notice will be sent to participants 2 weeks before the event day, participants should bring the email print it out to pick up the race pack bib with timing chip and Heifer T-shirt.
  10. Participants are advised to arrange their own insurance cover.
  11. If Typhoon Signal No.8 or above is hoisted at any time from 12:00 noon on the day before race, the race will be canceled.
  12. If the Black Rainstorm Signal is hoisted at any time from 12:00 am on the race day, the race will be canceled.
  13. Should the Red Rainstorm Signal, Thunderstorm Warning and Typhoon Signal No.3 are issued at any time from 6:00 am on the race day, races will be continued.
  14. If Inclement Weather/Condition Warnings is issued after the commencement of the race, Race Director has the right to stop the race.
  15. Should the above Inclement Weather/Condition Warnings be raised after the commencement of race, the Race Director has the right to change the course distance or arrangement or to stop the race. If the race is being stopped, the race will be cancelled. Entry fee will not be refund.
  16. The race has no fallback date. All paid fee will not be refunded.

  18. The Organizer reserves the right of final decision of the event. Any changes or contingent measures for the event announced by the Organizer and posted on the Organizer’s webpage shall prevail.
